Does the quest appear? There is no auto-pickup so you should check that the item doesn't dissaper and have Reject Drops unchecked.

For everybody, there is no auto-pickup so you must be careful. Use trainers that have auto-pickup system.

@Dave's Sheep #3 open a trainer (Le Bot, Dark Mystic, etc.), then go to Bot Manager. Load the bot then activate it.
