Well i was just fooling around in glands on my rouge (wearing a scammy), and i was trying to die, so i had this huge ass group of gods on me and they killed me but heres the thing, i was using a client with autonexus. So I died, got the fame. But i somehow still nexused? I think it has something to do with the extra time between death due to the cursed amulet? I even went back to see my own grave ha. maybe its just a one time thing but im gonna test it out again.

Sounds interesting enough. I'm curious about some more details though. Did it pull up the death screen/play the music? What was your autonexus% at? What was your class/stats?

Can you give us some more details? So u nexused, but did you spawn back in nexus with the same class that u died with? you said u died and got the fame, shouldn't the death screen have come up?

I had it on 30%, it did play the death music. I did it 4 times, it worked every time but the fourth time. Lol i think i didnt press the 'Accept death' button fast enough.

Did your account fame increase those 3 times you nexused, and do you have the graves on your death history?

1st and 3rd time it did, it must have something to do with the timings between the accept death and nexusing and everything. 2nd time i just went to nexus with the accept death button. 4th time i was going to nexus on a black screen but it said character dead.

also i think it has to be a big shotgun when you "die" because thats how i did it, so your auto nexus has just barely enough time to react.

I've had this happen to my friend before, he was in a shatters and got insta killed and I went back to nexus and he said he didn't die, he had the same character that he died on. If you take the ammy off at the zombie screen you will lose the character.

Perhaps someone could get this to work so the items get dropped just before dying and nexus-ing so that you are still alive whilst having dropped the items and duped them?? A similar thing could happen where you trade the items in your inventory just before you die and nexus with the scammy, similar to the dupe that used the 1st death extra life a while ago...
