its only down for a few minutes when it crashes

why doesn't the mpgh owner upgrade the hosting for the site
everytime at 4:30pm GMT it always loads for ages and then crashes and says because of human traffic I know but when I get the error it says, internet is fine, cloudhost is fine, but hosting failed
could the owner give more info on why this happens?
