If your gone spend 100-150 don't buy it at all. The reason is, it will not be safe and your little brother could potentially crash into a car with these things and with how much they weight. Just save up for one for 300-360$, They ain't too expensive IMO buying a cheaper one will make it break faster.

Also why not buy him a drone, you can get some cheap mini ones.
