Just scan frag grenade in CE by string, will find a memory region like any weapon, then change the value to 00, but wont have effect if u put frag granade in melee, I guess that you wanna do infinite grenade.

Yes, its possivel but not changing bomb to melee, the unique way for do this is using "Unlimtied Buy Time". @saanjave, therofore if you intention is to do infinite bomb then use hack "Unlimtied Buy Time". released here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1100465
