A quick tip from the guy who just beat extreme.
If you got a santa/advanced/utility backpack, make sure to save one slot for the weapons that spawn in the basement. Save one slot for the L96 SM, as it'
s EXTREMELY good for picking off the tankers who come from the outside, just aim good and for the head and they'll be dead in no time, save the other slot for the M32 when it spawns. BUT DO NOT USE IT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE IT YET. It's best to save the M32 for when all your team dies and the infected all rush into the cabin. Just go into the basement and when they all come in fire like mad, your team will definately thank you and it'll possibly even win the round for you.

armor doesn't help in cabin fever, if you notice when you die or you're watching your team mates die their armor stays at 100 when being attacked

I agree with Luke CA has gone to shit cuz i try to use the cam position change and get kdr for 1 game like... 20 kills 1 death and suddenly i lag like hell and my mouse lags and EVERYTHING FAILS
