Theres no actual way to do this, be lucky or edit stuff in the config files, but I don't know which.

Dude just go to lobby when it get's to 70 ms go out than join again after a few times you repeat it will automaticly match players thank me if i helped.

Yeah I do that too but thats just for when I want to join a low-ping server :P

Or you could go find a console that we haven't found yet and force yourself as host...

or you can port forward so you can host when you want and join another host too...

at launch of mw2 i become every time host
now no
in cod4 i've 30 ping at uk server and i'm italian

i had to read that like 5 times b4 i undersood what you wrote
there is no 100% way to become host you need high internet connetion to get a higher chance of becoming a host
