Minions are not picked at random folks. A lot of thought goes into the process. This decision was made on mostly previous activity before the spots open up. The 1 thing about MPGH is that spots for staff open all the time because minions fuck up all the time. Just look at the CF section. 2 Minions were picked after a 2 day of no moderators. Then both removed 22 hours later(They fucked up)." And the applications opened right back. What im trying to say is if you didn't get picked stay active, not just when applications open up. I love how everyone is upset because they didn't get chosen, but they can't open there eyes and see why the current minions are selected. Can you honsestly look at WPS, Sendi, Bombsaway, and say "that lil fucker didn't deserve it". This should maybe inspire you to do better that before, more helpful, active. And quit your bitching, someone is going to fuck up or get promoted, and a spot will open up again. Oh, and these polls really don't mean shit(nor your votes or responses).

I'm not going to type this long as shit again, I hate reading it myself.
