It's called no reg. It's where you shoot and hit them but it doesn't register so they don't die.

It's because the l9 is inaccurate, and most of the time you just end up hitting the guy in the arm even if you aim for somewhere else, and the arm or foot leaves em with 20 Hp or so.

For me, this year no one has tanked my L9 unless I have hit then in the foot or from far range. It's usually a 1HKO anywhere except in the leg or from far range anyway.

I keep getting chest shots with the L9, it only failed me a lot...

But anyways the L9 is still great.

so recently i noticed that my l96 is no longer a one shot kill actually sometimes it more like a 3 shot kill which is really bull o.o im not laggin and one time i hit the guy square on the head it even said hs and yet he did not die so anyways is anyone else havin this problem?

Agreed. Also, people get the tanker vest and specs just so they dont get 1 hit kill sniped. My Barret .50 cal and m200 Ghillie both have the same problem as you sometimes. It's always resolved by the person being a tanker, or like that other guy said and its a no register.

yes i dont know why but when i hit somebody with recon vest with my l9 or even arctic wolf they still have like 24 hp -.-
