No... it delt with computers all failing... umm... it delt with like 6 ultimate hackers hacking a failsafe for all the computers... and it also fucked up the tv's cause the hackers could overwright the program on every channel and put up a clip of there own... they put up a image of the White House blowing up

I doubt pressing PGUP will crash the game for everyone else, it could crash CA for yourself since you could lag yourself out by increasing the FPS rate. However your HUD isn't connecting or affecting anyone else in the game. Maybe he's just trolling us

I use 100ptc's at the same time, it crashes the server so people go into the lobby, but your game doesn't crash
