Depends kinda on when he used it. If he used it recently or anytime after it got detected, (if it even is) then he will be banned soon, but using it before wont hurt.

Yea treyarch gots report system, but they WONT ban because someone gets even over millions of reports, tho they may start keep you on eye.

So if i get this right. you never get banned from someone reporting you, even with theatre demo? Of course some valve/treyarch guys can ban you. They trust too much into VAC = Fail

If you used the exe any time in the past couple weeks, or ESPECIALLY if you used Cheat engine to hack, you will be banned before long. Its a matter of days now.

Pretty much, you are most likely banned. If you go the next couple weeks without a ban then you will be very lucky.
