[HELP] Youtube Channel

So i made a youtube channel design today, and i was all excited and stuff, but when i tried to upload it, it says: File not provided for upload background image action.

well here are the specs of it:

Type: JPG/PNG (tried both)
Size(resolution): 1798 x 1577 (standard youtube template, i used b4 many times...)
Size(fileSize): 1,29 mb

i had to attach it as a .rar file, due the size...

Virusscans:
VirusTotal 0/42
Jotti 0/20

Don't cnc it, you don't have to rate, thats not what im asking...

I'm not really sure but my first guess is that for some reason you failed to actually choose the file you wanted to use as your channel background or something glitched.
