I will add one more that epicurus forgot to mention God gave us free will to chose what we want to do,which path we take,and what we believe in.Just adding this some atheists when faced with death have a revelation that they are going into the nothing so they feel empty at the time of their death even some calling out to God to give them an answer.Please research this it's true I'm not going to tell you what you believe in or what you should believe,but ask yourself this when you are on your death bed what will you be thinking.

Read the bible and you will see that God has a purpose for everyone.If you rebel against HIM you take cmd of your destiny which God already knew you was going to take Because He is all knowing.See what your doing is just taking a small part of the Bible and making ref to what you think you know.I don't pick up a mechanics manual read 2 paragraphs and claim to know everything that is what you are doing.No one knows the mind of God But Himself.

It's not a contradition God gives us free will ,and He already knows what we are going to.
