Sorry dude, PCI cards are out dated technology. You're not going to find anything thats "good" when compared to the kind of stuff you can get with current technology.

How old is your pc? Are you sure it doesn't have an AGP slot?

Its like 6 years old,ive checked and there are only pci slots,i think a card from 06 or 07 would satisfy me,right now i have a ati radeon 9250 from 05

The problem with finding a PCI card is that most stock is depleted since they stopped the last card like four years ago, any card you do find are going to have to be used or priced very horribly due to it being one of the remaining few. If I were you I'd start looking into ways of saving up for a complete upgrade.
