In some ways it's not... I'm in the New Zealand Cadet Forces; 17th SQN Air Training Corps, and we base everything we do off the Royal New Zealand Air Force. It is funded and supported by The New Zealand Defence Force and we wear the same uniforms... It's essentially training us for the worst and making better people of us in the best case.

However, going to a surplus store and buying uniform, then telling everyone that you deserve respect is disgusting.

I had a guy come up and tell me that he was really depressed about bombing a hospital in Kuwait in one of our Skyhawks, and that he killed children and women, but he was just following orders. Never have I heard of Skyhawks being used in Kuwait and there was no record of his name in service, but it still may heve been true, but confidential, you just don't know.

If it were true, ultimate respect and symapthy.
If it weren't, well you know what we all think of him.

Utmost respect for you and other service members, but you have been able to give proof by stating your Squadron. The OP has given no proof, so I expect the worst.
