Unlike what most people say, I would go for gear now. Since you have weapons, go for gear items like vests, mercenaries, head, or face gear. Gear is really a big part to success in CA

The guns the OP has aren't that versatile; the M14 performs poorly in cqb, the MP7 has bad range and the M200 requires a lot of skill to qs effectively to be used as his main weapon. In this case, he should get an AR such as the G36E (and variants), the AK series or the M6A2SRT. Those guns are just my personal suggestions tho.
Gear actually plays a very small role in the success and skil level of a player. FOr example, an i-cog player is limited to only a light vest and no-stat head/face gear. Rather than performing poorly, he/she is usually one of the better players in the team due to sheer skill
