It just depends on how often you smoke it. Like if you smoke it regularly, then of course it's going to affect you in fatal ways. But if you just smoke it like once a week or month, then it's fine, just a little nip.

Marijuana has not caused any deaths directly. EVER. Also, marijuana is smoked, never injected, and the short term effects of smoking marijuana is not as harmful as the short term effects of drinking alcohol. Even in the long term, your body does not get damaged as bad.
