Dude. You gotta have a high long to short video ratio. So many times I have stumbled upon what seems to be the perfect porn site only to find out that it all 2-3 minute clips with a couple of 10ers and no 20+ scenes.

Make sure that your site has a decent tagging system. Perhaps a way to combine multiple categories to allow for niche searches that may not already be categorised.

I'm not sure what kind of player you're going to use but I definitely recommend something like what xnxx or xvideos use, one where you can hover over the loading bar and view a small screenshot of what's coming (no pun intended).

Perhaps a nice download link in the future? Not sure what the logistics of storing videos to be available for download would be like.

Oh and make sure you get as many leso vids as possible. Love me some nice sensual lesos.

I know what you mean. I'm going to have tags for longer and short videos, basically for what people will want they can add tags to their search by starting to type the tag, and it will popup in a dropdown box, and they can add tags to really specify their search. I am also thinking about putting in a cookie-based favorites system so people can always find the video they really like.

I may be scripting my own, I'll definitely be using java so people on iOS devices can watch the videos. I do want a preview of the video when you hover your mouse over, possibly when you leave your mouse over it for about five seconds the video will come up in a slightly bigger bubble and preview as well, I'll look into all of the possibilities.

The hosting I have is unlimited bandwidth and unlimited storage on the new xeon series server mobo's, I will definitely offer downloading in the future, but I may take a look into a few adult PPD sites that I may have it setup so I can make a bit more revenue for the site through the downloads. At the very least, I will setup another host and store the videos on there for downloading, and use a link-filter to get to the videos (click on the link, shows the ad for five seconds, then you can proceed), I need to make money here

-The first theme is going to be extremely basic, the one that comes next will be more classy, but in a suave manner. Probably a gray tile background with a very neutral feel to it, but it will look very classy.
-I agree, the first site won't be as in-depth as when we finally pay someone to make the template, though we plan on utilizing every possible option for site-safety for the users as well as a fast browsing UI that loads quickly. We may do an off-site storing database with content compression like Opera uses for its web-browsers to speed up the site, in the future we will definitely be upgrading to our own servers when we save up enough

On that note, once you get a database going you may want to buy a service off someone whos good with databases, depending on how smart you want your search tool to be. Don't know bout you man but sql makes my brain fuzzle when it gets too messy.

Also I think the portal ads for the downloads is a great idea. I don't mind staring at an ad for 3 to 5 seconds as long as I get my download.

Oh, and once you start developing a basic design and stuff let me know and I'll see what I can come up with in my spare time. My girlfriend is studying Web Development and she loves porn, so I'm sure she'd be happy to give me a helping hand...and help with your website.
