The dupe works properly, but for some reason half of the items disappear out of my bags when I log out after dropping the items and picking them back up. Any idea what that's about?

Only the items in your primary, seconday, armor, helmet and the top 4 quick slots will follow you when you DC, so you can't dupe more than 8 individual items at a time, you can however dupe as many stacks as you can fit into any of the above slots

Afaik, using SandieBox will get you banned...
