How to create skins?

I want to get into the skin making field. I did a quick search but I found no threads that could help me... Can anyone link me to a thread or PM/comment on a program I can use below. If there are any active "skinners" that might help me can you leave their names below?

I will be creating skins and I will release all of them to MPGH...

Edit: Is SteelSkinz still part of the MPGH community? I could always ask her...

Edit 2: I saw the earlier post a few days ago asking the same question and I understand what you need for it. I created some skins for other games before but its different then AVA.

SteelSkinz said if you want to start making the skin. You should look where the skin maker started. She also mentioned the first skin of skin maker is also here on MPGH.

I found the old thread where Dagothur started. He and his group were failed while SteelSkinz succeed. To make one is quite difficult. You have to be good with encryption and complex math. Not to mention only 2 people(that I know) can do this stuff.

Speak to @GlowimgStone and i'm sure he knows a bit and was looking into this. He knows where the info is.

You need UPK decompiler so you can change the pixel colours in the skin.
