MPGH Goodbye

Its been a good run here on MPGH for me but the time has come for me to hang up my boots and call it quits. As you can tell, I am no longer a staff member and for good reason. I was planning to create a resignation thread, but since those are mainstream I decided to do it this way instead. I feel it is my last and final duty to inform my fellow Minions and to the wonderful people of MPGH my story and how it came to be.

When you are first offered the chance of becoming a Minion for the forum you love most, its hard not to give it your all and try to get that job. For me, it was all luck. It all started when there were Battlefield openings on the main page and I decided to try my luck there. Honest to god, I did not think I would get a spot there since I didn't even post there at all. My main passion and expertise was Alliance of Valiant Arms. I was constantly there checking out the hacks and helping people with their issues. Becoming a Minion there was a very distant dream for me and I didn't think it will become a reality. Then there was one person who actually saw something in me and decided to give me a shot. To this day, I still don't know what @Liz saw (maybe she really did look at my contributions to the section) but I was appointed as one of the Minions of the AVA section. That day was a year ago and every moment since I have always been grateful for my job. As sectional Minions came and went, I stayed and worked with what I could. Then life happened and I became less and less active and slowly loosing that energy that first accompanies you. You become lazy. You start to slack off. I understood those reasons and I opened up with some of my fellow Minions. Needless to say, I do not regret a single thing here on MPGH and I will always carry it on with me in life.

I would like to mention all the amazing people that I came to know on MPGH but I do not want to leave anyone out. Therefore, I will only acknowledge the top bosses. The rest know who you are, you will always be good friends with me.

To the main cake boss himself @Dave84311 even though you don't go on as much and talk to us people, you're a really nice guy. And even though it takes you ages to reach on ***** (not to mention MSN), you still come up and do the nicest things for people. For everything you have given me, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To @arunforce your a very interesting person and it was always fun to be apart of any event or any project you did. Keep being awesome and thanks for everything you have done.

And finally, @Liz. I would personally like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to work for MPGH and it was a great pleasure working for you. I learned many things and met lots of great people. Thank you for always giving me chances and hearing what I have to say. Thank you so much!

And for the rest of you, I will hopefully see you in the future.

As for my life, I am about to enter into college and I was accepted to UCSF School of Medicine this following year. My dream is to become a doctor and work with people and helping their lives. The road will be a tough one but I am giving everything I have. I hope to see you all in the future but as of now, my MPGH days are over. Thank you everyone here at the community, keep staying awesome!

Goddammit, all the good Minions are dropping off like flies. It's strange that you mention that you can't quite understand what Liz saw in you and to a degree I know what you're talking about. I've always looked up to you as both a member and a Minion and despite the fact that you only visit General a few times a week, even if that, I still feel as though I know you as a person, it's hard to explain and it's sad to see you go. I wish you the best of luck with your ambitions and life in general, goodbye Predator, lets hope that we get to see you again one day.
