Trying to SE a Logitech G710+ Keyboard

So i am emailing them and this is basically what i have so far i only need to get the PID and P/N and i think i should be fine can anyone tell me if i could make it better and where i would really appreciate it thanks

 

Hi i got this keyboard about 2 weeks ago and they shipped it from there website and i noticed that something was wrong with it because when i received the package it looked heaps rugged and it looked all bashed i even found blood on the box and i tried to get it off but it wouldn't i was quite surprised about this so i plugged in the keyboard and it wasn't working i went through all different troubleshooting problems online and none of them worked i also tried it on different Pc's and also installed drivers and still nothing i am very disappointed.

No i do not my keyboard is really playing up and near broken and i play a lot of games and will get into recording too and i found that this keyboard does it all so i really wanted it but i dont have the money so i decided to try SE it

• Capitalize your "i"s if they are alone.
• Use their if it's possessive and there if talking about location.
• Use periods more than once. About one per 15 words or less to divide everything into smaller sections and thoughts.
• It is PCs, not Pc's.
• I recommend painting a clearer picture of the problem and asking for help or solutions instead of being "very disappointed" like a typical shithead.
