If it actually took 450w out of your PSU then no you wouldn't have space. but it only takes like ~150w-200w.
I have a 500w power supply, and I'm planning to get a NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB which requires 450w. Will I have enough wattage in my power supply since other things are using wattage.

It's not very accurate but at least it overestimates your requirements rather than underestimate. Looks like you need around 550-600W based off that, but I'm sure you can survive off 500W for now.
