Oh, just to stir up how bad their customer support is, on Thursday my internet went out so I called em and paid it. I took a nap, 4 hours later I get on the computer and the computer is telling me that I haven't paid my bill yet. I have to be on call for 30mins with tech support because it wasn't properly set..
