How to get the "donator" userbar?

I am really looking to get this userbar.
Anyway how do I get it?
Is it paid? Or do you have to give back to the community?

Here are the following options to become a donator:
- Donate a minimum of $25 USD to Liz via PayPal
- Buy Dave a $25 amazon gift card

The button for donation to Liz can be found on her signature.
For the amazon gift card, click here.

Once you are done, post the Donation thread confirming the transaction details, and etc.
