There's a whole shitton of tutorials on YT..Go and search a bit, you'll find maaaaaaaany.
Short summary:
Find a table.
Attach it to the Ghosts process.
Find a value (and address), which you want to change.
Click on it.
Enter your desired value.
Press OK.
