That's the speed at which Origin is extracting the downloaded files to his HDD/SSD. Not his actual download speed. This happened to everyone downloading recent games on Origin. It switches from extracting to downloading, because Origin's too stupid to realize Titanfall is not a 50 Gb download, but a 20 Gb download and a 50 Gb install. Just to prove my point, I've done some research.
OP admitted to using Virgin Media. A little bit of research shows that their fastest speed is "up to 152 Mb". Which is megaBITS. Not megaBYTE. The highest possible download speed the OP could get in a perfect situation is 19 Mb/s. (152 / 8 since 1 byte is 8 bit)
This should be common knowledge by now, but ISP's use this as false advertisement when promoting their stuff. Making you believe you'll download at 152 Mb/s, because quite frankly, they just don't mention the fact that it's expressed in bits.
