[ Help (PC) ] Get kicked When Joining Game + Get Black Acreen

I am posing this on behalf of a Friend. This below is what he quoted.



"Ok so when i try to join a game it sometimes hangs for about 5 to 7 minutes and then it just kicks me to the main menu.

Sometimes when i can get into a game i get a black screen , i can still hear the game play and hear myself shoot but just cant see anything."


Any ideas why this is happening to him?

Reinstall, did he change anything with CE or any other tool?
