Unable to get onto the servers

The problem i'm having is that I can't access any of the Nexon EU websites. Not Warrock but not maplestory either.
I have warrock installed and up to date but as soon as I want to play the game it doesn't connect.
It looks like my connection gets blocked by Nexon eu or something.
I've tried getting on the websites with my smartphone, same thing.
When I try to go on the website with my 4G connection on my smartphone it does work.
What to do?

It just seems like they're completely blocking out my IP or something.

Try to change your IP using VPN/Proxy.

Must be another way honestly.
Using VPN is a no go for me.
Changing my IP also is a no go since i'm not the only one here on my network.
Any other suggestions or is the only solution to you?
Any way I can contact NexonEU maybe completely outside of the website? since I can't use the support system either because you have to login through NexonEU.
