New accounts unable to report posts.

Not too big of a problem, just a minor annoyance. It would be nice if new accounts could use the report feature - while still not being able to post links elsewhere.

AFAIK, you don't need to have a certain amount of posts to be able to report rule-breaking content unless you want to include a link in your report, which seems to be your case. You need to have at least 15 posts to be able to do so and don't think there's anything can be done about it to be honest. Anyhow, I'm sure @Liz can clarify you further.

Reports automatically create a post in a section only Staff can see, therefore the system thinks you're trying to post a link, and it will not allow you. It can also be set off if you're trying to include a link in the report as well.
