received one cis email after Dding 980ti. Then I made new account for i7-6700k. Investment was about 800$, bought psu first, did not refund it, then I bought 980 ti, Dded that. After receiving the refund back from the 980 ti, I bought i7-6700k on new account, and then refunded it. Then after that I bought the other stuff with the money remaining

Got a new pc, I can run arma 3 on ultra now 40+ FPS, can watch 4k videos without stuttering, can open 5 games without any decrease in performance. I am blown away.
