You can file a complaint with the seller, and depending on the situation you can send it back, or eBay can refund you.

The thing is that amazon is a multi billion dollar corporation and they have allocated funds for their fraud department. Refunding ebay is stealing from individuals like me and you. So out of morality, most people don't do it.
