And it should definitely not go to the poor as well ....poor people need to fix up there lifes, go to school, go to community college or something and get themselves on a good path where they aren't close to being "poor".

When you sit on billions of dollars and do not spend it you are stagnating the economy. When groups of billionaires do this it becomes a problem, this is why we had the recession in 2008. These billionaires, more specifically bankers, were sitting on so much money they began to make more money than they could maintain. Banks continued giving out loans, made too much "money" so what did they do? Like "hard working" americans they jacked up the housing prices and gambled YOUR MONEY on various financial markets.(google glass seagle by bill clinton for elaboration on that) Majority of their money went towards housing, less than 10% went towards loans to small businesses. As result the fucking recession was as bad as the fucking great depression. Nobody could afford , banks stopped loaning money, many people committed suicide due to lost of their homes. Ontop of it all donald trump was standing with a few billion dollars in his pocket from his recent big break. He even speaks about this and writes about this in extreme detail, I highly suggest you just google donald trump 2008 recession or something. Look for your self what your dear leader has said out his mouth.

The problem here isn't millionaires, It's multi billion dollar corporations and owners who typically are in control of resources, they have been manipulating people through money and have gained wealth at the expensive of the people, IE the government, working class, small businesses, etc... You can argue these people earned their money all you want doesn't matter, we all need to pay a little bit more to balance out our fucking budget because of rich retarded fucks sitting on billions of dollars and investing in foreign businesses like oil that turned on them like a hungry hog. In a speech about energy he directly talked about making america energy dependent, in this speech he implied he would either nationalize big oil or regulate their trade with specific countries.
