How would twitch be able to tell if someone is overly drunk lol. unless they say it, they can't just assume it and ban you. You're suppose to be playing games on streams, not touching boobs and shit as that's a sexual act and results in a ban. Which is reasonable. Watched the video, barely heard any usual drunk situations as slurring words. Only time she fucked up was at the end and that's not enough to tell if she is drunk or not.
