Convert txt to bat?

I know how to convert a txt to bat just change the extension.


What I want, is to run a cmd command that changes a txt that lets say is here C:\Users\%username%\Desktop\File\text.txt
Into a batch and save it in the same file which lets say is C:\Users\%username%\Desktop\File\text.bat

Everything is possible but I can't find a tutorial online.. Simply because wtf do I type when searching it?

Hey, go to the txt open it and then press file, save as and thank when you have to name the file add .bat . This should work. If this doesn't work change the file encription to unicode. If you have any problem you can pm me.

Yup forgot renaming also changes the extension ///close
