Even if there were reports, there was barely any proof until all his SEing services started falling down.
He eventually got tired or just knew his shitty ass was way to deep to get out of the reports so they caught him.

Yeah he's banned, but he got scammed by winndoge and I would have made a scam report but Cheesy was banned so I didn't think it'd do much and I didn't know the full back story but I still knew windoge was one sketchy fuck. It's kinda sad he scammed people, but karma will get him eventually.

I mean maybe but at the time I can see he looked "trusted" with his services and he was just known for SE'ing and everything so its not too much of the news fo's fault. And it doesn't mean people are trusted if you're in news fo, but I heard someone say that windodge got accepted into news fo even when he had 2 scam reports against him? I don't know if that's true or not though
