(FSOD) remote textures

helo i nead help for my pserver it says remote textures are used so i woundered what it was and i found some old post how to use them i tryed but it doesnt work for me
the old post say replace this

<Texture>
<File>lofiObj6</File>
<Index>0xd8</Index>
</Texture>

with this

<RemoteTexture>
<Instance>draw</Instance>
<Id>Type tag here</Id>
</RemoteTexture>

And use rotmg draw to make items and name tag watever and place it in id
and it doesnt work for me please help sorry for my bad english im using server in hamachi ip and client
the console says remote texture not found what do i doo ?
