My last cigarette

Smoked my last cigarette, I will try to stop smoking from now and on and be healthy again as a normal person. I hope I will quit it forever even if it feels good to smoke, especially after eating. But I don't get any real benefit from it and I will destroy my self like this. I smoke about 25 cigarettes a day !!

Since you are deciding to quit smoking, I recommend you find an alternative to replace your habits.
An addiction is really hard to get rid of, so you will need to find something that is healthy, and does not harm you in the long run.
