Before I continue I would just like to say this what has happened to be in the past 48 hours is very much real and that this post is not a troll, post ban, or fake. I don't know how long I'll be able to have access to a computer or internet so my days on MPGH may be over forever. For the protection of myself and my family, I will be purging this account shortly. Things got out of hand fast and my life has pretty much spiraled out of control. I feel that it is only right to inform you guys of the situation. I have used special text for the title and the word "ᵃᵐᵃᶻᵒᶰ" to prevent any searches from finding this post. I have a feeling that ᵃᵐᵃᶻᵒᶰ has their eyes on this forum so I don't want things to get worse then it already is.

ᵃᵐᵃᶻᵒᶰ refunding has been a very big thing here on the forums and I've been taking part in it for sometime now. I've gotten refunding services in the past done to my own address and to the local drops around my area. This was a long time ago and soon after I got accustomed to it, I felt conformable with doing the refunds myself. I decided to only do the refunds for myself and for people who ask me to help them. I ran a refunding business mainly over Skype, dealing only with people who have found me from others. It was a small business that quickly became something very big. I've done refunds for others for almost an entire year now, dealing with around 30 people daily. I made some money from the refunds but it wasn't that much. It was just a hobby I had.

When I needed the money, I would use eBay to drop ship items that I have refunded. I always went for the high tiered items such as laptops and cameras. This is where I made the most money. In about a month of doing this, I have accumulated over $70,000 USD of selling merchandise. I have never told anyone this and my family does not know. I spent the money for my tuition and anything else I needed. Life was going great. I was making money without practically doing anything but little did I know the shit would hit the fan.

It all started when my own account was closed by the ＣＩＳ for too many refunds. This was understandable because ᵃᵐᵃᶻᵒᶰ had been cracking down recently. I knew how to make new accounts and I really didn't need to refund anymore stuff for myself since I had the money to buy it legit. I simply made a new account and moved on. A few days later in the mail I received a cease and desist from Amazon. They claimed in the letter that they were aware that I was creating multiple accounts and constantly refunding on it. They also stated that I was frequently breaking the TOS and that I was no longer welcomed on Amazon. I thought nothing of it. I couldn't care less that they closed my old accounts that I had already refunded on it. I could just make new accounts and continue business from there.

A few more days passed and I received a court summons. The party that wanted me in court was a 3rd party company that represented ᵃᵐᵃᶻᵒᶰ. I have never heard of them before so I thought that it was a completely BS letter. It was a simple letter and it not look very official. Then again, I had never been summoned to court before so how could I know what a court summoned looked like? I just threw it aside and ignored it. I didn't think much about it. The court date passed and nothing really happened. No letters arrived, no phone calls, no nothing. I wasn't the slightest bit worried at the time. I thought to myself that my assumptions were correct - the letter was BS.

Exactly a day later at around 11:00 AM I heard a very loud knocking on my front door. No one else was home so I went downstairs and had a look. Standing in front of my house were two police officers and judging by their looks they weren't amused. I opened the door and they asked if [my name] was home. I simply replied: "Is there something wrong officer?" One of them looked my dead in the eye and said that they had a warrant for [my name]. It was as this point when I completely froze. My look must have signaled something because one of the officer immediately wanted to see my ID. I couldn't refuse or cause a scene so I stepped out of my house, closed the door behind me, and handed the officer my ID. After seeing my ID, the officer told me to put my hands in the air, step backwards and lay down. They then proceeded to hand cuff me and put me in the squad car. The police informed me my rights and said they he had already called a relative to come back to the house to lock it down. Another squad car came to stay out the house and they took me to jail.

During the trip there I was desperately thinking about how bad I messed up. I regretted everything I ever did and if the cops got ahold of my laptop, they could easily look through my Skype logs and my browser history to find the refund threads on MPGH. My MPGH profile could be my downfall and my Skype would get me locked up. When I arrived they questioned me but I refused to answer any of them. I just told them that I pleaded the fifth and that was that. I wanted to see my lawyer because I had know idea how to handle this. They threw me in jail cell by myself and that was that. I told them that I wanted to receive my one phone call and they allowed me to. I quickly called my brother and told him the gist of it. He knew what I was doing and he didn't really care. I told him to go to my room and take my laptop and destroy it and anything else that might screw me over. I also told him to go into my email and change the passwords on everything and anything. If they wanted to bust me for this, they would have to use the evidence they had and not my own. After a few hours, a lawyer came and told me that he would be representing me and that my family hired him. He asked me if I told them anything and I said no. He then advised me to keep quiet and let him do the talking.

When the investigators came back to question me, I just kept my mouth shut and let my lawyer do the talking. Since this was my first ever time being involved with the law and because I only missed showing up in court, they allowed me to go home. I was to show up for a new court date and I was not allowed to leave the house.

So this all happened yesterday and I've been in my house ever since then. My court appearance is scheduled in two days and until that time, I am taking care of everything I possibly can. This means no more MPGH, Skype is gone, emails are being deleted, and all things I used will be gone forever. This is the only safe option for me. I have no idea what the court hearing would be about but I am not willing to take anymore chances. This is the end of the road for me. Its been a pleasure being apart of the community but I can no longer stay. I may create a new account and come back in the future if I am found innocent but as far as I can tell, that road will be a tough one.
