You well pay for said game before i purchase it + little amount extra for me ( if said game cost 1.2$ PP then u pay 1.4$ and so ).

all games well be bought only from verified resellers or known individuals. so the codes/gifts are always 100% working and not charged back

some ( i wont say lot or big amount of ) people are dependent on 3rd party unverified resellers, they buy the games and they all get revoked few weeks/months after. i for one have never gotten a single game revoked so far ( except the mass revoked drunken wizards which i got back ).
so instead of buying from such places ill get the same game for above that price and u only have to pay tiny amount and stay safe.
that is of course if i dont already own the game u want
