    Sending a PM

    I am trying to get in contact with someone about a GTA V account but it doesn't say anywhere how to PM him, and what I have read has not appeared. Please help.

    You need 10 posts to be able to send PM's or post links, I can see that you have 13 now, and you already have the Member Level 1 tag.
