Ok, the seller was nice enough and guided me through the whole process. The method is not all that complicated and even a monkey can probably understand the method. Overall the method is pretty easy. You get full access to the account like OP said and if the original owner tries to dispute it, just make sure you keep the email information that you got to change it from original email to current email. However I am not 100% sure it will stay saturated but we will have to see. Also I am not a MC player, so I didn't actually go into the game and check anything out, however I did get full access to the account as I mentioned.
