I went here (https://www.adobe.com/support/flashp...downloads.html) and downloaded the 'Flash Player 11.2 Projector' (the linux one) but now i don't know what to do. I extracted and tried to run the file 'flashplayer' inside the folder i extracted but nothing happens.

Never intended to say it was a ROTMG issue. I know for a fact it is realted to Ubuntu but i thought i wasn't the only one and that someone could help me. I can't run the .swf from either mozilla or chromium but i can run the game from the website. I have adobe flash player installed too so i don't know where should i look further :/

Drag the .swf into the browser, see if the browser can open it.

I feel your problems bruh, download wine or winebottler and then download the .exe version of orape from here and right click it and click open with wine.

Just use firefox or chrome to open the swf file.
Or make a simple html page that includes the swf file on it.
