how to make and change drop rates ?

First, make a .txt file named: You cannot change droprates.
Then, Open it and edit it using some kind of pretend programming like notepad++ and type:

Go to the behavior for the monster you want to change droprate for. Then go to the end of the behavior and look up "new Threshold(x.x," and then you will have "new tierloot(balbal, blabla, x.x)" and just change the x.x to whatever you want. 1 = 100% 0.5 = 50% etc.
