[FSOD] Adding custom sprite for skin

This problem baffles baffled lmao me for the most part, as I can't possibly see what's causing it. I'm simply trying to replace the current playerSkins.png from the client with the current one from prod (here). In particular, I'm trying to use the 8x8 Mini Mad Lab Sorcerer skin sprite, but no matter what, the client just doesn't want anything to do with it, and will black screen. No, it's not the XMLs I'm using, as if I do not replace that file, it'll be just fine. If I just separate the sorcerer skin from the rest of them, and replace an existing skin, it still doesn't work. I can't figure out for the life of me why, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also do not see any attempt to contact the server whatsoever. The XMLs are completely identical, and obviously I didn't replace the IP or something, as it still works when I keep the playerSkins.png file as the original one, even with the XMLs meant for the sorcerer skin in place.

Wow. I feel retarded. Turns out I had to add playerSkinsMask from prod as well...
