There are no free notifiers. Even if someone made one he would most likely not be able to release it on MPGH, if it would need to connect to a server.

If you want free then you are going to have to deal with something that isnt super fancy. You could use JXNotifier that was released on here a few months ago. I cant confirm if it is working or not, but it does what you are looking for.
