Are you doing a custom loop or a premade loop
Hello guys
I'm looking for a new liquid cooling (budget max 180 euro's) and a new SSD (max 180 euro's).
My computer right now is running on a i5 4690k 16 GB RAM Geforce GTX 980.
and a shitty cooling.
Any ideas?

Are you firm on getting liquid cooling?
Do you plan to overclock because if not you can save a lot on the cooler.
What do you want from your ssd? Do you want to go for a premium drive or just get as much storage as possible?
And finally do you plan to split the 180 euros between the ssd and the cooler or is it 180 for each?
If you aren't going to overclock i would advise you go for the evo 212. It's going to be as quiet or quieter then watercooling and will be able to sufficiently cool your processor.
For the SSD it kinda depends on a couple things. If your motherboard has a M.2 slot you could go for a Samsung 960 EVO 250 GB
If not you can go for the Samsung 850 evo 250 GB. If you want more space and isn't as concerned with taking a small downgrade in speeds you could look at a MX300, OCZ trion 150 and other offerings in the 500 GB range.
This all depends on what local retailer you're planning to buy from but hope my advice can be of some guidance.
Well hot for you and hot for the actual computer is two different things. your 4790k can run at 72c without having any issues. A evo 212 will keep it a good bit under that as long as you don't plan to overclock.
As for your motherboard it doesn't support M.2 so you need a ssd with a sata interface.
