My K relay is acting stupid

Help everytime I try to Start up my K relay I get this (An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions) can someone help me with this

But to answer your question it sounds like you need to allow the program through windows firewall. Or possibly whatever antivirus you are running. Also make sure you arent trying to open more then 1 at a time, only 1 k-relay can be open and running. If none of that works, try running it as admin or something.
