I thinks it's about NVIDIA..

He said to check the tempature but if that doesn't work then just @Mention him for example @W I N D (replace my name with his) or quote him to alert him

Have you installed any driver updates recently? If you haven't, see if there's an update for it.

If not, just re-install your drivers.

is this a laptop by chance? My Brother had a laptop with a dedicated Nvidia card in it, and he spilt water and only the dedicated GPU was broken. So he cannot use nvidia graphics only intel ones if he tried to use the Nvidia ones he got that message

No.. my screen just shut down and a black color appear and how can i update my drivers ??
