How do I make a custom command rank?

Hello I am kind of new to this rotmg server thing and I was wondering how I would make a new rank, so there is 0, 1, 2, and 3. I just act as if 1 and 2 don't exist because I have no idea what perms they have. But I would like to make a new rank #4 (Aka Donor) so I know how to assign commands to ranks but I do not know how to create the rank! I am using Fabiano's source and I would like someone to tell me what code to add in the wServer.realm.commands.command.cs to have a 4th rank like what strings and all to use. If you could also give me a name to use when I credit you for the help that would be great!
